Water and Health

Along with air, water is one of life's most fundamental needs for survival. So shouldn't yours be as clean and fresh as possible?

Drinking soft drinks, tea and coffee instead of water dries out the system. In some cases, they remove more water than they put in, leading to dehydration which in turn creates headaches, tiredness and, over time, worn looking skin and poor renal function.

Indeed, left without food the human body will survive a month yet without water you would be fortunate to live a week.
